From our very first phone call, Jerry has been nothing but wonderful. He met with us within the hour and was so knowledgeable and accommodating while we explained our needs. He was able to give us a quote the next day and was installing our new fence within weeks. He and his workers were punctual, professional, tidy and so friendly!We looked forward to having them arrive every day. We have been thrilled with how our yard looks, have received so many compliments from neighbors, and even with some horrible storms and dangerous winds off of the lake, our fence still looks like new. One year later, we can still call and have our questions answered quickly. We needed a major fence replacement job and after exploring our options, we decided to go with Vinyl. Jerry (Vinyl-Fencing) was a true professsional from start to finish, explaining to us the process, the costs and the time in which it would be completed.What we especially liked is the customer service, as in short period of time, Jerry and his crew were our friends. Jerry (the owner) is experienced and was there from beyond and above from start to finish and also explained every bump in the road along the way. They did other stuff too that was not in the job description and never left without cleaning up and informing us of the day's progress and what to expect tomorrow.On top of the great customer service, the job itself was magnificent. This is an honest company that treats people the way they want to be treated and they appreciate the business and it shows. We couldn't be happier and we are thrilled with the end product. Highly recommended. Our vinyl fence is noit only installed perfectly, it's gorgeous too.

We chose vinyl as it is maintenance free compared to wood and a choice of colours. Jerry and crew were very professional. Experienced, timely and very conscientious. I am posting this review one year after the fence installation. The fence has held up fantastically which is a testament to the quality of the product and installation. Jerry and crew provided us with a solid and beautiful fence/gate for our backyard. The crew was timely and very conscientious during the installation. As I have noted already, the fence still looks fantastic and we have had plenty of favourable comments on its look over the past year! Thanks Jerry.

Had a pressure treated fence for 25 years, it was rotted badly and falling down. Looked at Vinyl Fence.ca website and called Jerry for a quote. His response was fast and very professional. We had Jerry and his team install custom vinyl railings and pillar coverings for the large front porch of our 100+ year old house.Long story short, they did a wonderful job - their attention to detail was top notch, and the customer service was great too! Not to mention reasonably priced as well!We have had many nice comments about the attractiveness of the new railings from friends and neighbours. We are thrilled with the look too - with the added bonus of the new installation being low maintenance too!It should be mentioned that due to house renovation/construction delays that Jerry and his team were required to do did their work much later in the year than normal.
